You will always be watched just like a prisoner is being watched in the jail. You will never be valued for what you have done. No work-life balance. No socialising, infact if you are caught talking with a girl, they will start harassing you. No fun activities and the environment is pathetic and whats the worst thing is the management are always after micro-management which affects the employees work. No one is ready to listen to you as your ideas do not matter. And the smartest people in the company is its HR department. All in all the worst company to start your career. I do not recommend this company to work with as a client or an employee!!

The infrastructure here is abysmal – chairs are broken, toilets are rotten, and cockroaches infest everywhere. They're essentially robbing trainees, demanding a hefty sum of 30k upfront, then making them sign a two-year bond. After that, they proceed to lay off around 90% of them. Upon joining, they mandate signing a bond and providing checks ranging from 1 to 2 lakhs. They outline a three-month notice period. However, when they decide to let employees go, they demand resignation within one week. More than 30 employees have been terminated through this method. The project managers just tell us what the clients want, and the team leads most are arrogant specially Nodejs TL, keep pushing the developers to work harder and harder. All the positive reviews are fake and asked by HR to give review.
