Pros

Great events and festival celebration Good colleagues Used to have good projects

Cons

POLICIES, worst part of the company. Not at all favoring employees. Need to sign bond for seniors too, need to sign bond when accepting increment and if you don't want to accept increment they will tell you to resign. Team lead praises those who are licking their shoes, typical corporate. Felxible WFH for managers, but for developers it's against policies. Upper management sees only resources instead of employees. They used to conduct quarterly department meetings for issue discussion, right now it's stopped, and even back then everyone was facing issue with the poor quality of Mangers managing, at first saw some changes, but then it all went stale and saw them favouring Managers more than developers. They accept us to work at the level of MNC and do extra work, but without benifits of working extra. Recently saw them firing employees with atleas 1 week notice, with no compensation, just telling them their performance is not good. They have rule of having 2 months notice period, but if they fire that doesn't apply, this is the issue with the current management. Have seen Upper Management raising escalation to an employee just because they think he was taking more leaves on Friday... Yes the current market is not good, but with this type of behaviour they will never grow, last senior person I saw in my department that got hired was 8-10 months back. For freshers might be a good place to learn if you don't have any better offer, but for seniors would definitely not recommended, other small companies with same strength would be much better.

Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

You will always be watched just like a prisoner is being watched in the jail. You will never be valued for what you have done. No work-life balance. No socialising, infact if you are caught talking with a girl, they will start harassing you. No fun activities and the environment is pathetic and whats the worst thing is the management are always after micro-management which affects the employees work. No one is ready to listen to you as your ideas do not matter. And the smartest people in the company is its HR department. All in all the worst company to start your career. I do not recommend this company to work with as a client or an employee!!

Pros

No pros as of now hope they will improve.

Cons

one of the worst work cultures, where management is toxic, they might even demand you show up for work at 2 AM, and still expect you to arrive promptly at the office. In this environment, interacting or socializing with people of the opposite gender is considered a sin, and you're constantly monitored as if you're a prisoner, highlighting the backward mentality of the system. The infrastructure here is abysmal – chairs are broken, toilets are rotten, and cockroaches infest everywhere. They're essentially robbing trainees, demanding a hefty sum of 30k upfront, then making them sign a two-year bond. After that, they proceed to lay off around 90% of them. Upon joining, they mandate signing a bond and providing checks ranging from 1 to 2 lakhs. They outline a three-month notice period. However, when they decide to let employees go, they demand resignation within one week. More than 30 employees have been terminated through this method. The project managers just tell us what the clients want, and the team leads most are arrogant specially Nodejs TL, keep pushing the developers to work harder and harder. All the positive reviews are fake and asked by HR to give review.
