- The team is friendly, empathetic and really super - Flexi-hours, mostly remote, allows me to have a personal life while still work at a fast moving start-up! - Fast growing, mission led - Innovative tech
Cons
- I sometimes get too swept up in the ideas and need to remind myself to take a break, but that's just me!

Pros
A small but powerful team who all work hard, communicate well and enjoy working here. Lots of opportunities and support to take risks. A superb mission, amazing product and customer-first thinking, there's a lot to love working here.
Cons
Huge goals that can feel a bit out of reach and sometimes high workload. Remote with 2 days in London, which is a super fun and useful time, but can be hard for people living further afield.
