Pros

If you are a man who can talk about sports, you will advance quickly.

Cons

Execs made the decision to force else everyone to return to office, from the comfort of their own couches, home offices, hotel rooms, cabins, etc. At the same time, they are having everyone move into the smaller buildings on campus where we will need to share desks. The on-site cafeteria is going away, and there is little to no room for advancement until they bring in new accounts. CHR was a great place to work a few years ago, but it’s deteriorated very quickly post-pandemic.

Pros

Good people and fun culture with lots of room for advancement

Cons

Merit raises were low the last few years and then today, we get an email stating the merit raises we just worked for all last year are not being given. We also didn't get our bonuses. This comes from a man just got a $20mil package to become our CEO. They also hired on a bunch of people as fully remote during covid but they gaslit everybody and said "we never said this was fully remote" and made everybody return to office minus a very small group of people, and those people are scared that they'll be pushed out. We're all also focused on training outsourced employees that make less than $3 an hour. So I'm currently spending my days training my underpaid replacements.

Pros

Room for advancement if you want to put in the work and are capable of learning the suite of services. Open feedback. Hybrid home/office work environment.

Cons

No longer fully remote. Account Management job field is not always compensated as well as sales and capacity, pay for performance is not equal across job families.

Ever changing, good colleges, room for advancement.

Cons

Poor work life balance. Horrible onboarding & training programs & mentorship. Expectation to get better faster always with little to no training or support. Not sure new leadership is steering the ship in the right direction.

Pros

Nice office good benefits but can be better. There are lots of training opportunities.

Cons

No longer allowed to remote work or hybrid work. Upper management wants employees in office because they have a lease on a new building. No Merit raises this year even though the CEO got a hiring bonus. No room for advancement unless someone quits or a new customer is onboarded.
