Pros

Some of the smartest, most talented and kindest people in the industry work at the Milwaukee office. Generous PTO, between vacation and all-office holidays. Casual office environment with great flexibility and work/life balance.

Cons

The Milwaukee office, once a respected pinnacle of that ad community has been slowly dying for the past few years. They're quickly approaching a low of 50 team members, vastly down from a high of 150+ a decade ago. Multiple layoffs/forced retirements this year alone, and a general lack of direction or inspirational leadership for that office. It's been pretty clear for a while that the Chicago office has no care or interest in investing in the Milwaukee team, and numerous departures (forced and voluntary) make that even more evident.

Pros

A couple of people that worked there were nice but the majority were backstabbing, untruthful, manipulators.

Cons

Leadership uses people and then discards them when they no longer have a use for them. The staff is overworked, underpaid and underappreciated so they are all very unhappy and bitter. Please take my advise and do not work for this company. You will regret it.
