Pros
C2 was great training for startup approaches and everyone needing to 'muck in'. The senior team has changed a lot for the better in 2021/2022 and they seem to know there's more to be done. Good office location, with the team all coming in a few days a week.
Cons
CEO and CoS are good people, sometimes quite demanding but likeable all the same. Lean manning causes some friction where people have several responsibilities, i guess it's growing pains.
