Pros

Good company for 0-2 years experience bachelor's not for learning but for the earning. Employee (of your level) here would be very friendly, and would make you feel happy. Mostly this is the only reason why people are still in this company. They have lots of south East Asian country client; they are currently in almost 8 countries. Please note they don’t have any office outside India in any country. So you won’t be sent on EP unless it’s mandatory in that specific country. Would get onsite opportunities within 2 3 month of join.

Cons

Located at most remote place in mumbai, you have to travel at least 30min by auto from any nearest station (kanjurmarg or jogeshwari) Office is not maintained properly. Workplace are congested and some computers still have 40gb hard disk. They don’t have a canteen and it would be better if i don’t comment on washroom. Moving on towards training... they don’t have this word in there dictionary. Most of the managers are functionally and technically weak enough to give you timelines based on purely pressure they have of delivery. They don’t understand what and why we are developing this. Let alone what client exactly requires. As a new joining for a month or 2 you would be sitting ideal on bench with no training, a senior resource would be asked to train you but he or she won’t be having any time. (As he or she is over burden with work). Later they will allot you either a very annoying small work like of copy pasting or would ask you to build rocket. If you are not able to built it they will torture you. You won’t get any help from anyone unless they are your very good friends. You would be switch around the projects and even technology like how you switch bus or train to reach any place. Regarding onsite, yes you will get it easily as no one is willing to go out. Earning is good on onshore (but on compare to other company they just give you minimum amount), but you have to work atleast 14hours every day in a week... please note week for them starts on monday and ends on sunday. there is no holiday as per them. you might even be left on your own on client site with no assistance from offshore team or management. you wont be even allowed to get back to india till they allow you. even if you are having a good reason. they will force you to go back to onsite even if you dont wish too. there are even chances that even if u dont have any experience they will send you and ask you to work as efficiently as an old c2l employee guy

1. Owner are not skillful people, they do not even understand difference between short circuit and burnt cable in LAN setup...forget about the technology and software projects, They rely on non technical managers and non skillful HRs to run company. 2, Managers are non technical, expert game players, non project and non client centrist, insecure, jealous, egoistic, not capable to manage client and team. 3. HR are big lairs and non ethical game players who demotivate employees. 4. No work life balance, manager takes credit of work done by team members and they get good salary hike but people who actually work hard to make project success are treated like slaves with less hike like Rs.500 to Rs. 1000, 5. LAN, Internet, Database Server, SVN server, AC, electricity and drinking water is sometimes available 6. Secret meeting are conducted on frequent basis by owners for better game plan rather than actually planning for project execution or process improvement. 7. Company may anytime torture you mentally anytime once your work is completed so that you will resign soon. 8. on name of improvement feedback they ask you about your opinions and then they will misuse against you to torture you rather than improving by them self. 9. owners and managers are big game players for client and employees 10. No Diwali, performance bonus 11, No leaves policies. They ask to come at office on leave day too. 12. No work from home policies, no comp offs, no awards 13. Projects are based on older technologies 14. all websites are blocked except google 15. Managers are so psycho types...they follow employees in washrooms to spy them 16. Sitting at home for 9 hours to learn new technologies is productive than working in C2LBiz 17. Please do not even imagine to attend their interviews...waste of time 18. The moment employees update their cvs on naukri.com like sites, HR takes meeting to ask why we are searching other job. 19. Employees are not allowed to receive any calls 20. No breaks are allowed
