      None except if you're a domestic abuser you get hired immediately.

      Pros

      Lab staff has little opportunity for other job roles in St. Louis, MO. Unfortunate for them but good for leadership its the one department that doesn't constantly turnover.

      Cons

      The CEO is inept with no business savvy & does NOT value listening to his own leadership team.

      A cautionary tale of how to waste a good product

      Pros

      Blood based biomarkers are the future in diagnostics and having put all their investment in allowing for the ability to scale with a mass spec pipeline was an excellent move. The science and tech are sound.

      Cons

      I have never seen a company so small have so much infighting. The amount petty behavior is crazy. People are constantly talking behind each others backs, at all levels. Massive gaps in knowledge in the regulatory, compliance and legal side of things. Either extreme caution or ignorance or both, regularly results in inaction. Squandered tech lead and now competitors have caught up and surpassed us.
