Benefits are mediocre. Client satisfaction is sacrificed to profit and many projects are poorly managed due to incompetent ego driven project managers. If you're not upper management and aren't lucky enough to work for a select few people...good luck. The Management to production ratio is so out of kilter...if it were a boat it would capsize and sink. Upper management has no clue what they're doing and reorganize the company every few years but all they do is move names on an organization chart. Good old boys rule and the best way to get a promotion is to work somewhere else and get hired by C2ae. Currently being run by a "leadership team" of 3 people. Very poor direction for the company.

concentration on money and profits. vision changes every couple of months, management style changes every year. terrible benefits. no advancement. hire in work that job then leave like I did for advancement or a raise elsewhere. nobody cares about you or your career.
