Cons
Great place for someone willing to work from early in the morning til late at night. Something I personally couldn't find passion in long-term. All of your time is logged and tracked similarly to other consulting companies, so make sure you are highly motivated. If you are highly disciplined and passionate about the work you will make good money and there is a lot of room for growth into higher positions. It is just a bit overwhelming if you have ADHD. I personally felt trapped and there was extreme guilt if I wasn't able to be 100% at all times even if there was not as much work to do. Don't work here if you lack passion for learning Oracle systems in the long-term.
