      Work with kids. Experience. Sometimes good co-workers. Constant hours (sometimes).

      Cons

      Horrible CEO. Lack of communication. Everything is done last minute. Some computer programs are pirated. You won't get noticed for doing a good job. Most of the kids are not filtered so you normally get the kids that got kicked out everywhere else. THERE IS NO COMPENSATIONS &/OR BENEFITS!

      Interacting and teaching students provides invaluable experience in public speaking and communication. Very flexible since you set your own schedule. Great group of co-workers and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Part time contractor position, so no benefits and you need to pay your own taxes. Growth inside the company is limited.
