Pros

The company provides ample opportunities to grow, with diverse projects that challenge your skills and help expand your expertise. Colleagues are supportive, and the work environment fosters collaboration and learning. Provides exposure to unique projects and partnerships, offering valuable experience in certain domains. There are excellent and exceptionally brilliant board members, making it advantageous to learn from their expertise and insights.

Cons

Forced Weekend and Holiday Work: Employees are often expected to work on weekends and holidays without clear justification. In my case, there were no urgent tasks that warranted such hours, yet the expectation persisted. Burnout Culture: Enforced weekend hours disrupt personal time, leading to dissatisfaction and burnout. There’s no structured plan for relief or rotation for those asked to work weekends. Unrealistic Expectations: The involvement of government officials often results in unnecessary formalities and unrealistic expectations that add little value. Inadequate HR Policies: As a Section 8 company, policies are inconsistent and frequently revised to address emerging situations, leaving employees uncertain about their rights and obligations. Learning Constraints: While the company offers sponsored learning opportunities, restrictive clauses make it difficult for employees to fully benefit from them. Lack of Flexibility: Despite claiming to value flexibility, this is rarely reflected in work schedules or task assignments. Favoritism and Disparities: Employees with connections to top-level board members face no challenges, while introverted employees are often left to advocate for themselves in an environment that doesn’t cater to their strengths. Leave Limitations: While leave is technically granted, there are few opportunities to apply for or use it effectively due to poor planning. Commitments Without Consultation: Deliverables are often committed to external stakeholders without prior consultation with the team, leading to undue pressure. Canteen Quality: Food options in the canteen are unhealthy and low quality, reflecting poorly on employee welfare. Assertiveness Needed: If you are skilled at advocating for your needs and rights, you can often get what you want. However, this creates an uneven playing field for those who are less comfortable being vocal.

Pros

you get passes to IITK events, if your collage didn't had fests you can enjoy here.

Cons

I felt sad withdrawing salary without any productive work, wasting govt funds which is a complete waste of taxpayers money. If you want free money join there. listing other cons: 1. If you're a fresher you won't get to learn anything other than doing collage projects. 2. Most of your managers are there looking for opportunity to do scams only. 3. HRs are most arrogant 4. It is worse than SBI employees, at least they do their work after lunch.
