If you want to work ridiculous hours then go ahead and apply. Not only are the hours terrible in comparison to competitors, but also you are expected to prioritise your work over anything and everything else. Absolutely no work life balance. Very KPI driven even though they tell you otherwise. You will be taken into a meeting and be drilled into for your calls. Not to mention their retention stats are through the roof yet they'll explain that's the world of agency recruiters, no this certainly isn't the case. You will go in to work one day then that day will be your last. They get rid of people like flies. They will sell you the dream of being able to build and manage your own desk but this has never been or will be the case. Not to mention the most recent Pandemic - used it as an excuse to terminate staff as advertised on LinkedIn yet are currently advertising for roles. If you have an issue you have to raise it with the Director or your Team Lead - if they don't understand or agree then tough luck, you're out the door. Low compliance levels when it comes to staffing. It’s all about the money, if you don’t make it you are out.
