The employees. Most are great people

Cons

Management. If there is a common theme with these reviews, it is the ineptitude of upper management. Time and time again management has failed to support their employees. A late bonus roll out structure does not fix an ongoing systemic issue, and that issue focuses squarely on management. Management has never been upfront or honest with the employees, does not support the employees, and lays horrendous unattainable expectations on their employees (such as their cross training program)

Great coworkers bad management

Pros

The coworkers were great. Learned lots from everyone. Work/life balance was pretty good. I was never expected to work outside of work hours.

Cons

Management leaves much to be desired. Often will be asked to take on more responsibility without any extra compensation. Pay is low and getting a raise/promotion is very difficult. Unrealistic expectations from management will make your life difficult. Lack of an actual IT team, instead devs are asked to also work as IT in parallel with development work.

High turnover rate of sr. personnel should have been the first red flag

Pros

Opportunity to learn a lot in short time, and amazing direct co-workers.

Cons

Management acted as if they were supportive upon mentioning issues in the team and work, but in the end no changes were made even after months of us being outspoken about issues, and having an incredibly high turnover rate (no sr team members that lasted over a year).
