Pros
I loved working near home, as well as loved my job as School Social Worker. Was able to qualify and receive PSLF funds for all college loans. Great health insurance. Summers off.
Cons
Too clique-like. Literally just like high school, where the staff acts just like the students. Administration is terrible at resolving staff issues, to the point where you have (I had) to choose between your job or your mental and emotional well-being and sense of safety and belonging. Administration choose favorites and the treatment is not equivalent for those who are "less popular." Awful.
