Pros

Very relaxed work environment with almost zero pressure. Plenty of free time for personal learning, side projects, or even watching live matches with your manager. Excellent work-life balance if growth is not your priority.

Cons

Limited real development work and minimal technical ownership. Heavy reliance on ChatGPT and Copilot means learning happens more through prompts than problem-solving. Career growth requires self-motivation outside office hours.
