Pros
- If you love interacting with people, this is a good place for you. - Decent base hourly rate with great commission structure. - Good wage if you're a travel agent and if you're licensed to sell insurance.
Cons
- You're stuck with the base salary if you're not licensed to sell anything else other than membership. - Regular daily hours are 7.25 and will rarely go up to 8, unless if your office is very busy that day/week and you get asked to work more hours.
