I have been working at CACI International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Length of contract, professionalism of staff.

    Cons

Really in the weeds in terms of reporting criteria. Does customer really demand such detail?

    Advice to Management

Look at your competition, question OPM’s contract demands. Why are CACI internal standards for reporting so rigid?

I have been working at CACI International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

(Most on team) are great people to work with. One of the best managers I've ever had. Decent pay, benefits are good but a bit costly (big surprise there), annual raises and no micromanagement. Your results of course, may vary.

    Cons

Decent but not great pay, not many job opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Provide assistance with new job placement.

I have been working at CACI International full-time

    Pros

Great education benefits and pretty good with a decent amount of leave and connections to learn new things.

    Cons

When they want you to stay on a project they don't allow you to move within the company. So if you are unhappy, but the project is important to the company you are stuck unless you leave the company all together.

Management is responsive to employee feedback, for instance benefits have been altered based on employee surveys in recent years. In five years of working at CACI I have seen an overall improvement in the way the company is run, and there have been noticeable changes to employee quality of life.

Work/Life balance varies based on the project, be sure to ask about specific of the project you are working on before you sign up.
