I worked at CACIB full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I got to know people that I'll be friends for life.

    Cons

    • Management is toxic, bully and racist. • Favoritism of management, promoting undeserving employees - being sociable > output and skills • I have witnessed promising employees get neglected and lose their enthusiasm along the way because of excessive politics of the management • Management will discredit other employees to justify the people they promoted. • I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE EVERYONE TO JOIN THIS COMPANY.
