Pros
Friendly fellow employees really make this place something great Given company stock after you've put in some time Lots of opportunity to learn new skills and they pay for your training Yearly bonuses depending on company performance
Cons
HR is terribly ran and is very unhelpful Management is mediocre Hours aren't consistent, sometimes you're on 8,9,10 just depends on the projects out

Pros
The work experience is an asset that you can use in case you move on elsewhere. It's a proud new feather in your cap.
Cons
They got the HR guy running things he he should not have any authority over. Also, they used to seek out and pay well for new talent. Now they only hire dim-wits whom will work for almost nothing.
