      Office location was convenient before work from home.

      Cons

      Compensation well below industry standards Benefits non existent Multiple people in positions they are not qualified for due to nepotism or favoritism No opportunity for growth or movement Cliques and personalities make for messy office culture

      Great learning opportunities to expand your skillset and work with various teams, family-oriented mindset, great office events, awesome work-life balance and flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      May hit a ceiling when trying to "level-up", but it's a start-up mentality where the company is growing (exponentially) for the foreseeable future.

      -Flexible work hours -Great office atmosphere; Pool table, Kitchen, Lounge, Green Space, large office spaces -Great staff all working towards the same goal -Great management team; who encourage and help excel all employees -Owner is great and treats staff as family.
