      CAE is a nice company

      Cons

      CAE Mirabel is a satellite office of CAE Montreal. Yes they are trying to integrate CAE corp values but they are faaarrr from it. Don't try to get recognition for your contributions other than performances on tasks. KPI KPI KPI KPI KPI KPI ok fine they're essential but they need need to see outside of it sometimes. Management needs a refresh of ideology and starts giving their employees recognition. If you want career opportunities, go to CAE Montreal not Mirabel.
