      Small staff Smart people Always work to be done Good location

      Little to no opportunity for employee development or advancement More of an emphasis on addressing the needs/feedback from higher management vs. entry-mid level employees Sometimes unclear what the organization's focus is -- making money or investing in programs that can make a difference in adult learners' lives

      very mission driven. staff really cares about the work they do.

      Cons

      they need to practice what they preach in terms of employee training. little to no training or professional development opportunities offered. employees not given appropriate amount of time to get up to speed with projects. poor management.
