      Pros

      CAGE is a place where you feel happy and proud to work. The work is meaningful and exciting, but what makes it special is the people. The environment is fun and welcoming, questions are encouraged, and continuous improvement is part of the culture. If there is a field or area you have not explored yet, you are supported and encouraged to do so. Most importantly, you get to work alongside genuinely good people who care about you as a person, and that is something I have been lucky to experience firsthand.

      Strong support from your team and the whole company for growth opportunities. Fast paced environment with managers that challenge you in a way that feels both supportive and motivating, ensuring you are constantly learning. A great people first culture with perks like flex time off and a 30 day paid sabbatical after 5 years of service.

      Career growth opportunities. Work life balance rewards such as flex time off and paid sabbatical every 5 years. Exciting and challenging work. Fun and social environment. Employee recognition and celebrating achievements.

      None that I can think of, I've really enjoyed my time here so far.
