sever founders syndrome and worry about what leadership will do in old age. they lack the will to change. donors should beware-- the money you gave is being squandered by the ED as he is a micro-manager and delays just about every project which costs the organization money that it shouldn't have to. if their leadership does not correct their course, the DC chapter will be obsolete.
