      Pros

      There really are not many pros to working for this company unless you are an executive.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized with way too many people having too much input into functions they do not know anything about. It's difficult to get anything done and often priorities are misaligned.

      Pros

      - CAIS colleagues are A++. There are some fantastic people that work here. - Remote capabilities cannot be beaten. It's awesome that we're empowered to work from wherever.

      Cons

      - Success and upward mobility at the firm entirely hinge on who is your manager manager. As many people have pointed out there's a strong culture of favoritism and bro-y camaraderie between those who have stuck around long enough. This is particularly true for the COO and his little clique. Unless you have a manager who is willing to proactively advocate for your advancement many really hard working and smart people stay stuck where they are.

      Start-up atmosphere, fast paced, entrepreneurial, great place to learn many different and useful skill sets

      Cons

      Somewhat Machiavellian environment. Intelligent but 'clubby' leadership with questionable judgement at times. Frequent shake-ups at all levels of firm. Lacking strategy and focus. Business has significant challenges from well-positioned competitors
