Pros

Decent pay if it is not your sole source of income, decent benefits, coworkers are there for each other

Cons

Stagnant pay, demotions/layoffs, corporate keeps their fingers in their ears about store employee experiences, barely ok PTO policy that HR loves to boast about

Pros

- decent pay BUT you'll be working for it - no work-life balance - most people love their jobs and are a pleasure to work with - it's a cool brand and you get a VERY small discount for items at the stores

Cons

- things are constantly changing and moving at a rapid pace - they're super disorganized (financially too...) this means lay-offs and constant changing in direction - clique-y - there is definitely a clique that exists.. hopefully you're in it, but if not.. GOOD LUCK - the DEI committee is super perforative, it exists so they say that they have one but they're not actually making anything happen which is disappointing - my manager was HORRIBLE, did not know how to manage someone, didn't provide helpful feedback, did not give me a track to advance in my career nor did she care about me as a person. I was laid-off and never heard from her..

Pros

The people that run the stores Day to Day activities are the best. Good people that care about their work.

Cons

Management/Corporate are the most toxic and inexperienced people to lead a company. Lies are a very common and expected aspect of being in this company. It’s like working in a high school run by a students who are all trying to impress the CEO. The company’s goal is to make money. Which is fine, but they love to lie to their employees. Nora and Luli and Nelson are 3 people that will lie to your face and then talk about you behind your back. Camp is a waste. Management doesn’t care about its employees. And the racial discrimination and suggestive comments should be investigated. Because they don’t have a proper HR system, these complaints go ignored. The HR employees aren’t even qualified.
