Good salary. Nice and talented colleagues.

Toxic and disrespectful environment Suffering from low blood pressure? Join teams around portfolio and product management, and voilà, you will be taking Aspirin very soon. Saw high churn in the mentioned teams. Extra long working hours are encouraged and expected, with no check and balance on management. It's no place for non-Germans if you do not have a C1-C2 level of German.

If you want to develop your career - not the best place to be. A lot of non-tech people, bureaucracy, slow processes. If you don’t speak german - you’re an outsider.
