      Pros

      You will become a true entrepreneur with more autonomy than you could ever ask for. The sky is truly the limit in regard to income and you do no have a management team that micromanages. Carr has a reputable name in the industry which helps agents get up and running quicker as well.

      Cons

      It is hard to cut work off once you get up and running and things start going so well.
