Cons
If you want to work somewhere that treats you like you're replaceable, you don't want any room to grow, and you loooove knowing you make minimum wage while the CEO racks it all in at 250,000 a year being a NON-PROFIT COMPANY please work there. They need all the help they can get.

Thanks for taking the time to review our company. We understand your concerns and have shared these with the leadership team. We were lucky enough to have been able to keep the Medford call center open after the previous company went under. We pay employees the best that we can as we are a nonprofit. All nonprofit leadership salaries are public knowledge. You are able to look up all nonprofit leadership salaries online. Our CEOs has doubled the funds given back to our 4,000+ nonprofits in under five years and is payed less than most large multi-channel nonprofit agencies. Feel free to reach out to your direct supervisor for additional concerns about pay. Take care –The CARS Leadership Team
We are sorry to hear you were unable to find the positives in working here. The nonprofit sector isn’t for everyone. We understand that not every management style fits each person, so we’ve tried hard to make sure all managers receive ongoing training to foster more effective communication and clearer expectations between their team. Thank you for your review. We always like to improve and welcome constructive feedback.
Company is focused on growth and loyalty. If you are on board with the direction of the company (wherever that is at any given moment), and you like to work hard, you may enjoy working here.
Cons
Leadership is a mixed bag. On the one hand, you've got a charismatic CEO who is loyal, hard working, and passionate. However, you subsequently have managers who want to do nothing but follow. Read Harvard Business Review's "The Curse of the Superstar CEO" and you'll see clearly how the organization functions. It can be difficult for change makers or those who observe the management style and wish there was more accountability at the top.
