Management doesn’t stick to their word Don’t promote within Hire temps to fill positions Hard to find people to fill job vacancies Pay is low for the environment of work place Passengers can be violent inside station Security guards don’t have enough experience. Too much turn over with guards Uniforms are uncomfortable. Especially the fabric of the pants Schedule isn’t published in time. Changes frequently. Cross training needs to be improved. Not enough workers that know how to work with Indian Trails and Greyhound bus lines. Certain coworkers like to gossip and stir up trouble with other team members
