Pros
The pay is good. The work is rewarding. There is a lot of autonomy and flexibility in work schedule.
Cons
There is no communication. They leave you on your own island and there are no mentors. You have to beg for a raise on your annual review.

The only pro I had was my schedule was flexible and I was able to work an 8 hr shift.
Cons
No leadership, no supervision, no communication from anyone who is listed as a superior no feedback or guidance.
