The Day Shifts are great and the actual work is good

The management of the company is poor with inadequate safety measures in place. Inexperienced staff are responsible for scheduling and work allocation, leading to poor outcomes. Meetings are unproductive and lack direction. There is a lack of available supervisors to address issues when they arise. Management makes promises but fails to follow up, leading to a lack of trust. Pay slips are consistently incorrect and employees receive poor directions. As a result of these issues, the morale of the employees is low and good workers are leaving. Either leave or be performance-managed out for making too much noise. I have fully documented my concerns but doubt it will go anywhere as the issues are with the management I sent them to.
