      The people - caring,supportive, dedicated people that are dedicated to their work. Very flexible workplace. Interesting, varied work supporting some of the poorest people in the world.

      Pros

      This NFP is going through significant change, becoming more streamlined and growing all the time. Great, close knit team working to make a difference for those with disabilities in the world's poorest countries. Fun and lively culture. Many opportunities for advancement and professional development. As an NFP there are great salary packaging benefits. Also advanced morning tea capabilities - brought in by staff! Although it's optional, you will be expected to contribute on a regular basis. Be prepared to see your waistline expand!

      Cons

      Depends which area you work in, can be highly stressful and long hours. Change process is also hard for some of the staff who have been there many years. Sometimes the culture and values of the organisation are not reflected in everyday working life, but this happens in many organisations.
