Pros

Creative freedom, within reason. Pleasant and professional atmosphere for the most part. Diverse workplace. Though Atlanta is the number 6 television market, CBS46 offers an excellent opportunity for rising journalists to hone their craft.

Cons

Frequent coverage of stories that have no journalistic value. Gang on gang violence, house fires, car accidents, petty crime. Very little content that can actually benefit the viewer.
