Cons

If you're late one minute they send u home and dock your pay 100. The leads are old and best to death of you do work your full shift they will pay you a ridiculous 550 base don't count on being in commission unless You're one of the 2 lucky reps that do it consistently... Brenda is the coo or gm or whatever and she has no clue how to talk to employees they upgrade there systems but the atmosphere is archaic and toxic

Most unprofessional place I have ever worked at in my life

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working here.

Cons

By far THE most dysfunctional place I have ever worked in my life. It is a small company filled with great sales reps but terrible administration and management. The administration staff are very rude and do not know how to talk to people. To sum it up, they treat the employees like garbage. At $550 a week, the base pay is a joke. I know fast food jobs that pay better. The equipment is extremely old and the phone system is arguably older than me. They also use old torture tactics like taking $100 from your paycheck if you are late by 1 minute or if you have an unplanned absence. I honestly don't even know if that is legal, but they are not my problem anymore. The training program is a joke. Administration and management expect new hires to learn a robust product line and the sales process all in just one weeks' time. The controller, Brenda Halpin, is the most unprofessional and quite honestly the biggest joke I have ever met in my professional career. "She once told me that she was the reason the lights were still on at this place." I warn whoever is looking at getting a job with these toxic lowlifes. Work at McDonalds over this place. You'll make more money and be happier.
