Bad culture Warehouse has no leaders Warehouse it not run correctly Bad equipment Managers are clueless Managers have no people skills Tons of favoritism If you don’t speak Spanish, you can’t move up. Finger pointing They don’t follow osha standards.

Pros
Law benefits, payments on time. Exposure to a wide variety of subjects, you can learn a lot if you intend to. Depending on your team lead, you can have a good work environment. They can be flexible some times.
Cons
Not that many growth opportunity, your growth is affected by favoritism and not by your effort or results. Also, not many raises, they spent a couple of years without giving raises to the whole company. Low salaries, not competitive in the market at all. No support at all, they don't have a clear path of what they intend to do, and this affects the rest of the teams. No education process or resources at all. Toxic environment overall.
