      Great place to work with great work life balance. Can be political with certain departments

      Pros

      -Work life balance was amazing -Benefits are amazing, especially if you stay long term. A lot of people don't end of leaving because of the benefits -Genuinely kind people -The company actually cares about their employees, which often isn't the case

      Cons

      -Insanely bureaucratic -Politics, especially if you work with people who are director level or above -Outdated tech stack -Very slow pace, day to day -Some people are allowed to work from home full time, while others are not. Definitely some ageism especially if you are newer -Compensation is average, especially for people looking to grow in their careers faster

      Lots of opportunity Relatively Flat Structure - easy for an analyst to get in the same room as a VP You can make a measurable impact on potentially thousands of employees Compensation PTO Educational Reimbursement is amazing Family environment
