-most of the colleagues are nice -could reject the task that U don't wanna do -have lunch allowance -have mpf-volunteer scheme

- no salary increment - no bonus - job duty is not cleared - management change every several years, so always change kpi - management lack of relevant experience and give some unrealistic goals - internal policy always change to lead to some business hv to stop suddenly - some staff have mental problem but hv to keep
