You get to deal wit a lot of different issues since you're working with kids from K-12 and their parents.
Cons
Can overwork their employees sometimes. Bad at micro-management and sometimes it's difficult to see what they're trying to achieve through their work. There was always an aura of mis-communication somewhere that made you feel as if you weren't doing the correct thing or that the management didn't completely trust you for some reason.
I wake up in the morning excited to go to work at CCB because of my students and my coworkers. CCB offers programs from K-12, so many students and their siblings have attended CCB for years. Teachers and studnts are able to develop lasting and meaningful relationships that can and often do extend beyond one school year/semester.
Cons
There is always a lot of work to be done, but the cooperative environment of CCB helps a lot because my coworkers are always willing to lend an extra hand.
