Relatively Easygoing company culture. Good work life balance
Cons
The work I've done is more towards the lines of a support engineer than your typical computer engineering things. Pay could be higher especially for the bay area. Other than a laptop, no equipment provided to do your job. Often times I have to use my personal equipment to do my job. Not a big deal but I personally don't like mixing work and personal equipment.
