Great family friendly atmosphere, you'll feel supported and close to colleagues. You'll mainly work in varied small refurbishment projects and will be exposed to all sort of tasks (all rounded engineer) which is highly beneficial at early stages in anyone's career. CCS also are a growing team with some medium projects in the pipeline. They have a clear philosophy and values. We used to go out all together every now and then which built up a sense of belonging.
