CCS was very well set up and organization was excellent. I always felt supported and was offered many upskilling opportunities.

Working with the kids at CCS Disability Action has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It's a great place where children are treated with respect and dignity, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. The opportunity to positively impact the lives of young minds and watch them grow has been truly fulfilling. The management and staff prioritize the well-being and safety of the children, ensuring that they are provided with individualised care. The teamwork and collaboration among the staff create a fun and enjoyable experience for both the kids and the CSW's. Additionally, there are ample opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization. Overall, I can confidently say that working with kids at this workplace is not only enjoyable but also enriching. It's a place where compassion, dedication, and learning come together to create a positive impact on the lives of the children we serve.
