      Pros

      I have been with CCS since 2018 and it is an awesome place to work. when I had joined this place I was not really sure of how it is going to be, but I think it was a pleasant surprise. I like the place mostly for its work ethics. They really care about their employees and try to remain updated on each one. The training is very good and rigorous and it really pays off at the project. The marketing and HR really takes into consideration of our concerns. There are fun activities organized as and when possible where he whole team comes together and celebrate together. I think it a is a great place to work and I have had not regrets.

      the pay is not that great.

      They were dishonest

      Pros

      They offer a training program which is decent. However, they do not offer any decent benefits and have a high turn over rate.

      Cons

      They will not fire you, they'll simply stop contacting you. They tell you to lie and then tell the truth in order to increase their credibility at the expense of your own. They will keep you only if they like you. They don't do it based on whether you're a hard worker, it is really a matter of preference (however, this is only some of the employees).

      Pros

      They are subject matter experts. The training is very thorough, they cover all aspects of TSQL, Sql server. They pay for housing during training, and relocation expenses on projects

      Cons

      Their evaluation methods are poor. They do not give much feedback. They may evict you on short notice Sometimes provocative and disrespectful as ways of giving feedback.
