      Worst place to work, no R&D particularly in InDG team.Corrupted Finance Management

      Pros

      Depends on Manager you are working, who motivates for your development and Capable of getting best out of you.

      Cons

      It is worst place to work in InDG wing. There is no support and motivation for betterment of employees. There is no Reasearch & Development work. If one is performing good and contributing towards CDAC aim of imparting education as a trainer, is not appraised and made feel bad, even though one get best feedbacks from students.There is biasness while appraisal. They treat so badly by making idle for months, until one suffocate to resign. Financial Management is corrupt.

      1.Worst Development Starategy 2.No Guidence 3.Can not Grow 4.Contract Employees can do more work 5.Management (Regular Govt Employee) they will do nothing and they donot no any thing

      good for freashers only after 1 or 2 years, management will give you very painfull lyf

      Cons

      thye don't have any promotion or any fixed time duration , every day they will make new rules and next it will change that ....not good for more then 2 year experience prson anyone
