Work-Life balance is great. Only have to work in office timings and some time work from home also. Discipline and streamlined processes. Culture and learning make you a better Professional. A good peer group. A Process-driven. A good place to learn if you want to make your career in Business Development.
Cons
Too much micromanaging. Super high attrition. Not any extracurricular activity.
