Sr. Management was horrible, the worst I'd ever encountered in all my years in the industry. Direct management in the office was good, and did the best possible while managing a huge area/territory. Sr. management was the worst, managed by yelling and screaming at people, always second guessing your work, always looking for a reason for you to fail. No support or real guidance from the sr. leadership at this company at all. Just lecutres on why the workers "sucked" (yes, they used this word to describe us over and over again) and why everyone should be fired. Staff meetings were just excuses for sr. manager to tell the recruiters and sales people that they weren't meeting their quotas and all should be fired. Very motivating to sit through that once a month.

Micromanaging to the extent where you cannot leave your desk for 8 hours a day. The morale is constantly low and once it starts to come up, management is sure to crush it with a new rule to enforce about how you are chained to your desk and not eligible for overtime (although the recruiter said you are). Also, do not expect to be paid on time for your bonus if they do not somehow not give you that either. Raises are not allowed during the year and will be reviewed based off of the process they have yet to build out (2 years later). CDI does not care about anything but themselves, so be prepared.
