Pros

Entry level normal business hours

Cons

Unethical business practices, poor leadership, no HR team, illegal business practices, poor communication, low moral with employees. Leadership threatens to take pay after it’s earned even after advising that is illegal. Leadership speaks very aggressively to people openly. No (paid) sick days, personal days, and minimal vacation. I was required to sign an agreement to repay part of my training pay if I didn’t work at least a certain period of time before resigning.

Pros

-Good work environment, for the most part everyone gets along. You're able to joke around and have fun with coworkers while also helping each other to achieve goals as a team. - Good boss, he provides us a fun environment to work in, organizes fun events, and shows his gratitude to his employees in many different ways such as monthly coffee day and employee lunch. -Much room for growth within the company. For a motivated individual who is willing to show up to work and put in the effort there should be no issues with being able to grow, As I mentioned before the president is very involved and notices individuals who go above and beyond for his company.

Cons

The schedule is not very flexible, this isn't a job you can just call off all the time and expect not to be reprimanded for it. In my personal experience my supervisor has been accommodating to giving days off when needed but the same cannot be said across other departments within the company. The workload can be demanding and get overwhelming at times. We deal with a high volume of drivers that call in for various different services regarding Commercial Driving. Organization skills are a MUST as well as being able to multitask and work in a face paced environment. This is not a job for lazy people

Pros

The Managers are extremely helpful and want to help you grow. The work environment is easy going and peaceful. The owner is extremely selfless and helps employees in any way he can. The open door policy really allows you to feel heard. Since I joined I have felt part of a team. The owner truly has a golden heart.

Cons

I'm usually amazing at pointing out the cons, but I find it extremely hard to think of anything.
