      Excellent pay, and 0.50$ coffee is actually good

      Cons

      Too many to list, but my top fav are the sketchy trips to Costa Rica and running away from government inspectors while at HQ. At least you get exercise.

      Salary is on the higher side

      Cons

      Lots of pressure from managers that don't know how to do business. So they rush deadlines in order to compensate their lack of skills. So you will end up working many extra hours without getting any fee.

      - Option to travel to central america - remote work available - flexible work schedule

      Cons

      - no career growth path - no strategic vision for the company - no trust in employees or management - too much politics, the job is 90% politics, 10% work
