Pros
The CE Group is big enough to be recognized, but small enough not to get lost in the shuffle. The leadership is very competent and eager to help interns build their professional portfolios.
Cons
There was sometimes a feeling of being disorganized or inefficient. Interns sometimes are not given enough to do on some days, and too much to do on others.
