      Pyramid scheme

      Pros

      No real pros. I thought this experience would look good on my resume, but once they realized it was door to door sales, majority of potential new job opportunities dried up for me.

      Cons

      Working 6 days a week, if you’re truly invested you will be working 12+ hours a day, and still working 6-8 hours on Saturdays. 100% commission. They actively work to separate you from your social life, and replace it with activities/“team nights” and trips with coworkers. Very much a cult mentality. *Note* glassdoor flagged this review because the yearly salary I included was significantly below the market average. Unless you are an expert salesman/woman, you will be paid significantly below the market average! I initially had the yearly salary listed as $10k. PAY IS 100% COMMISSION.

      Reviewer, This review from last year is very disheartening. When we hire individuals to join our team, the goal is for them to be with us for the long term, not just to pad their resume. We are sorry that you do not believe you gained any transferrable skills and that your skill sets did not align with our merit-based structure.
